酸轧常化硅钢表面异物原因分析及改进措施

摘  要:采用扫描电镜对常化硅钢表面异物成分进行了分析,对异物产生的原因进行了排查。结果表明,常化硅钢表面的异物是拉矫机辊面异物粘附造成,而拉矫机辊面异物的产生原因是常化硅钢拉矫参数不合理、延伸率偏高、弯曲辊插入深度较小,导致拉矫工艺张力较大,3#张力辊与带钢摩擦力较大,摩擦产生胶粉所致。通过减小拉矫机延伸率、增加拉矫机插入深度及降低3#张力辊扭矩和拉矫机区域的张力,解决了拉矫机辊面异物粘附的问题,提高了常化硅钢表面质量。The composition of foreign objects on the surface of normalized silicon steel was analyzed buy using scanning electron microscopy,and the reasons for the occurrence of foreign objects were analyzed.The results indicate that the foreign objects on the surface of normalized silicon steel are caused by the adhesion of foreign objects on the roller surface of the tension leveler.The reason for the occurrence of foreign objects on the roller surface of the tension leveler is that the normalized silicon steel straightening parameters is unreasonable,the elongation is high,and the insertion depth of the bending roller is small,resulting in a high tension in the straightening process.The friction between the No.3 bridle and the strip steel is large,resulting in the production of rubber powder.By increasing the insertion depth of the tension leveler and reducing the elongation of the tension leveler,the torque of the No.3 bridle and the tension in the tension leveler area are reduced,and the problem of foreign object adhesion on the tension leveler roller surface is solved and the surface quality of silicon steel was improved.
