盐城市亭湖区13000例艾滋病自愿咨询检测者情况分析

摘　　要：目的 归纳总结盐城市亭湖区13000例自愿咨询检测者患艾滋病的情况与因素。方法 选择2019年1月—2023年1月在盐城市亭湖区疾病预防控制中心自愿咨询检测艾滋病的被检者13000例进行回顾性分析,汇总患者一般资料包括性别、年龄、学历、婚姻情况等,总结自愿咨询检测艾滋病人群的情况,同时统计艾滋病阳性检出率,归纳咨询检测原因。结果 汇总13000例自愿咨询检测艾滋病的被检者资料发现,男性占比率高于女性,20~39岁占比率高于其他年龄阶段,大专及以上学历占比率高于低学历人群,已婚人群自愿咨询检测占比率高于未婚人群(P<0.05)。此次13000例自愿咨询检测艾滋病的被检者中,总计检出HIV阳性患者2251例,检出率为17.32%,归纳咨询检测原因发现,配偶HIV阳性、男男行为阳性占比率最高。结论 此次盐城市亭湖区自愿咨询检测艾滋病人群中,男性咨询者较多,年龄多集中于20~39岁,高学历咨询者较多,且已婚人士较多,应加大宣传力度,鼓励更多女性、不同年龄阶段人群、不同学历人群积极参与艾滋病咨询检测,及时进行艾滋病筛查,遏制其传染性,保障日常生活健康、安全。Objective To summarize the AIDS status and factors of 13000 patients with voluntary counseling and testing in Tinghu District,Yancheng City.Methods A retrospective analysis was carried out on 13000 cases of voluntary AIDS counseling and testing in Yancheng Tinghu District Center for Disease Control and Prevention from January 2019 to January 2023.The general data of patients were summarized,including gender,age,educational background,marital status,etc.,and the situation of voluntary AIDS counseling and testing was summarized.At the same time,the HIV positive detection rate was calculated and summarized,The reasons for counseling and testing.Results The data of 13000 cases of voluntary counseling and testing showed that the proportion of males was higher than that of females,the proportion of 20~39 years old was higher than that of other age groups,the proportion of college education or above was higher than that of low education group,and the proportion of married people was higher than that of unmarried people(P<0.05).Among the 13000cases of voluntary counseling and testing of AIDS,a total of 2251 cases of HIV-positive patients were detected,the detection rate was 17.32%.It was found that the reasons for consultation and testing were HIV positive spouses and male fear behavior resistance accounted for the highest ratio.Conclusion Among the voluntary counseling and testing of AIDS in Tinghu District of Yancheng City,more men were consulted,and the age was mostly concentrated in the 20~39 years old.There were more highly educated counselors and more married people.Publicity should be intensified to encourage more women,people of different ages and people with different educational backgrounds to actively participate in AIDS counseling and testing,timely AIDS screening,curb its infectivity,and ensure the health and safety of daily life.
