艾滋病抗病毒治疗的方案选择及其疗效研究

摘　　要：目的 对高效抗逆转录病毒疗法(HAART)应用于艾滋病抗病毒治疗中的疗效加以探究。方法 选取2020年6月—2022年1月本院收治的110例艾滋病患者为研究对象,根据患者意愿设为参照组与研究组,每组55例。其中,参照组不采取抗病毒治疗干预,研究组则接受HAART治疗,比较两组临床疗效、免疫能力及不良反应情况。结果 干预后,两组CD3+、CD4+、CD8+及HIV-1病毒载量均值研究组优于参照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组各项生活质量评价指标评分均比参照组明显更高,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);在观察期间,参照组发生恶心呕吐、胃肠道反应、腹泻及血液系统异常等并发症的总发生率为12.73%,研究组为14.55%,两组对比区别不明显(P>0.05)。结论 对艾滋病患者采取HAART方案进行治疗,能够有效提高抗病毒效果,提高患者的免疫能力,减少不良反应,从而提高其生存质量。Objective To explore effect of highly active antiretroviral therapy(HAART) in treatment of AIDS.Methods The paper chose 110 AIDS patients in the hospital from June 2020 to January 2022 as study objects,and divided them into reference group and study group according to wishes of patients,with 55 cases in each group.Reference group was not treated with antiviral treatment intervention,while study group with HAART treatment.Clinical effect,avoidance ability and adverse reactions were compared between two groups.Results After different interventions,there was some certain difference in mean viral load of CD3+,CD4+,CD8+,and HIV-1 between two groups,that of study group was better than control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Scores of various life quality evaluation indicators in study group were significantly higher than reference group,comparison was statistically significant(P< 0.05).During observation period,total incidence of complications including nausea,vomiting,gastrointestinal reactions,diarrhea,and hematological abnormalities in reference group was 12.73%,that in study group was 14.55%.There was no significant difference between two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion HAART scheme can effectively improve antiviral effect,immunity of of AIDS patients,reduce adverse reactions,and improve their life quality.
