优质护理在小儿肺炎护理干预中的效果及对肺部体征消失时间的影响

摘　　要：目的 观察小儿肺炎经优质护理方案干预后肺部体征消失时间的改善情况、护理效果。方法 选取2022年1月—2023年本院收治的80例小儿肺炎为研究对象,对所有患儿进行数字编号,奇数编号患儿被纳入对照组,偶数编号患儿则被纳入观察组,每组40例。对照组采用常规护理,观察组采用优质护理,对比两组在心理状态、肺功能水平、肺部体征消失情况以及护理满意度方面的差异。结果 与对照组相比,观察组干预后的心理状态得分均较佳,肺功能相关水平指标均较优,肺部体征消失时间均较短,且患儿家长的护理满意度较高(P<0.05)。结论 小儿肺炎在优质护理方案的科学干预下,消极心态有了较大幅度的转变,肺功能水平有了明显的提升,肺部体征消失用时较短,患儿家长满意度较高。Objective To observe improvement and nursing effect of disappearance time of lung signs of children with pneumonia after intervention with high-quality nursing scheme.Methods The paper chose 80 children with pneumonia in our hospital from January 2022 to January 2023 as study subjects,and divided them into control group with odd numbers and observation group with even numbers,40 cases in each group.The former was treated with routine nursing scheme and the latter with high-quality care scheme.Difference between two groups in terms of psychological status,lung function level,disappearance of lung signs,and nursing satisfaction degree was compared.Results Observation group had better psychological status scores,better lung function related indicators,shorter disappearance time of lung signs,and higher nursing satisfaction degree from parents of affected children than control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Scientific intervention of high-quality nursing schemes can significantly change negative attitude of children with pneumonia,improve level of lung function significantly,shortern disappearance timeof lung signs,which high satisfaction degree of parents of children.
