康复新液联合马应龙麝香痔疮膏治疗肛周脓肿患者的效果

摘　　要：目的:观察康复新液联合马应龙麝香痔疮膏治疗肛周脓肿患者的效果。方法:选取2022年1月至2023年1月该院收治的92例肛周脓肿患者进行前瞻性研究,以随机数字表法将其分为对照组和研究组各46例。对照组实施马应龙麝香痔疮膏治疗,研究组在对照组基础上实施康复新液治疗,比较两组治疗效果,创面愈合时间,治疗前后疼痛程度[视觉模拟评分法(VAS)]评分、水肿评分、肛门功能指标水平和炎性因子[超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)]水平。结果:研究组治疗总有效率为97.83%(45/46),高于对照组的82.61%(38/46),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组创面愈合时间短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,研究组VAS、水肿评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,研究组肛管静息压、肛管最大收缩压均低于对照组,肛管舒张压高于对照组,肛管高压带长度长于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,研究组血清hs-CRP、IL-6、TNF-α水平均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:康复新液联合马应龙麝香痔疮膏治疗肛周脓肿患者可提高治疗总有效率,缩短创面愈合时间,改善肛门功能指标水平,降低VAS评分、水肿评分和炎性因子水平,效果优于单纯马应龙麝香痔疮膏治疗。Objective:To observe effects of Kangfuxin liquid combined with Musk hemorrhoids ointment in treatment perianal abscess.Methods:A prospective study was conducted on 92 patients with perianal abscess admitted to this hospital from January 2022 to January 2023.They were divided into control group and study group by using the random number table method,46 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Musk hemorrhoids ointment,while the study group was treated with Kangfuxin liquid on the basis of that of the control group.The therapeutic effects,the wound healing time,the pain degree [visual analogue scale(VAS)] score,the edema score,and the levels of anal function indexes and inflammatory factors [high-sensitivity C-reactive protein(hs-CRP),interleukin-6(IL-6),tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)] before and after the treatment were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of treatment in the study group was 97.83%(45/46),which was higher than 82.61%(38/46) in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The wound healing time of the study group was shorter than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After the treatment,the VAS and edema scores of the study group were lower than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After the treatment,the anal resting pressure and anal maximum systolic pressure in the study group were lower than those in the control group,the anal diastolic pressure was higher than that in the control group,the length of anal high pressure zone was longer than that in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Further,after the treatment,the levels of serum hs-CRP,IL-6 and TNF-α in the study group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions:Kangfuxin liquid combined with Musk hemorrhoids ointment in the treatment of the patients with perianal absc
