抗血液型脓病家蚕品种的选育进展

摘  要:家蚕血液型脓病是由家蚕核型多角体病毒(Bombyx mori nuclear polyhedrosis virus,BmNPV)引起的一种病害,症状表现为体壁紧张发亮,高节肿胀;行动狂躁,常爬行于蚕座四周;最后体壁破裂,流出脓汁而死,这会严重影响家蚕的生长和发育。为了有效防治家蚕血液型脓病,研究人员通过选育抗血液型脓病家蚕品种,取得了一定的进展。本文综述了BmNPV的特点、传播途径和致病机理等方面,并重点介绍了抗血液型脓病家蚕品种的选育方法和进展。通过梳理近几年来相关文献,总结现有抗血液型脓病家蚕品种的选育策略和主要特点,并对未来的研究方向进行了展望。本文对于家蚕血液型脓病的防治以及抗血液型脓病家蚕品种的选育具有一定的参考价值。Bombyx mori nuclear polyhedrosis virus(BmNPV)is a kind of disease caused by Bombyx mori nuclear polyhedrosis virus(BmNPV),which is characterized by tense and shiny body wall and swollen high nodes;Manic,often crawling around the silkworm seat;Finally,the body wall ruptures and the pus flows out to die,which will seriously affect the growth and development of silkworm.In order to effectively prevent and control the nuclear polyhedrosis of silkworm,researchers have made some progress by breeding silkworm varieties resistant to nuclear polyhedrosis.In this paper,the characteristics,transmission routes and pathogenic mechanism of BmNPV were reviewed,and the breeding methods and progress of silkworm varieties resistant to nuclear polyhedrosis were mainly introduced.By combing the relevant literatures in recent years,this paper summarized the breeding strategies and main characteristics of the existing blood resistant silkworm varieties,and prospected the future research direction.This paper has a certain reference value for the prevention and control of nuclear polyhedrosis of silkworm and the breeding of silkworm varieties resistant to nuclear polyhedrosis virus.
