风机基座高效布置方法在风管设计中的应用

摘　　要：为提高生产设计的整体效率,以某外贸船的射流风机布置为例,对风机基座的布置方法和特点进行阐述,提出一种在风机小样中创建通用基座的方法,并与现有的设计方法进行对比。结果表明:该方法可有效提高生产设计的整体效率。研究成果可为风机基座布置提供一定参考。To improve the overall efficiency of production design,taking the layout of the jet fan on a foreign trade ship as an example,the layout method and characteristics of the fan base are introduced.a method of creating a universal base in the fan sample is proposed,and compared with existing design methods.The results indicate that this method can effectively improve the overall efficiency of production design.The research results can provide some references for the layout of fan bases.
