摘 要:为增强船舶的功能性,以某9000hp深水供应三用工作船为例,基于设计规范和标准,对主甲板、生活区和安全岛等船舶主要结构的设计与布置特点进行分析,并对泥浆舱、甲醇舱、乙二醇舱、减摇水舱、驾驶室、甲板吊车底座等重点结构的特点和设计方案进行探讨。在此基础之上,针对压载舱狭小区域人孔开设等难点问题给出解决方案。研究表明:结构的布置和设计能对船舶的综合工作能力产生显著影响,优化布置与设计能保证船舶功能得到更好地发挥。研究成果可为深水供应三用工作船的布置与设计提供一定参考。In order to enhance the functionality of the ship,taking a 9000 hp deep-water offshore support vessel as an example,based on design specifications and standards,the design and layout characteristics of the main structure of the vessel are analyzed,including the main deck,living area,and safety island.The characteristics and design schemes of key structures are discussed,such as mud tank,methanol tank,ethylene glycol tank,anti roll water tank,cab,deck crane base,etc.On this basis,solutions are provided for the difficult problems such as opening manholes in narrow areas of ballast tanks.Research shows that the general arrangement and structure design of structures have a significant impact on the comprehensive working capacity of vessels,and optimizing the arrangement and design can ensure better performance of ship functions.The research results can provide some references for the layout and design of deep-water offshore support vessel.
