摘 要:为满足主动再制造设计过程中零部件应力、寿命、能耗等多参数指标优化需求,提出了面向主动再制造的零部件结构参数优化及强度冗余配置方法。阐述了结构参数优化及强度冗余配置流程框架,构建了结构参数与静应力、疲劳寿命、全生命周期能耗及成本间的函数模型,并采用TOPSIS方法进行结构参数的多目标优化。在此基础上,以最优结构参数对应的时均能耗及时均成本为评价指标,经有限次重复博弈确定主动再制造时机,通过强度冗余因子解算实现强度冗余配置。以某型号六缸发动机曲轴为例,选取主轴半径、臂宽和过渡圆角半径作为关键优化参数,开展结构参数优化及强度冗余配置,验证了方法的有效性。In order to meet the optimization needs of multi⁃parameter indicators such as component stress,life and energy consumption in the process of designing for active remanufacturing,a method for component structure parameter optimization and strength redundancy configuration for active remanufacturing is proposed.The process framework for optimizing part structure parameters and configuring strength redundancy is described,the functional model between structural parameters and static stress,fatigue life,life cycle energy consumption and cost is constructed,and the TOPSIS method is used for multi⁃objective optimization of the structural parameters.On this basis,the average time energy consumption and average time cost corresponding to the optimal structural parameters are used as the evaluation indices.After finite repeated gambling,the active remanufacturing timing is determined,and the strength redundancy configuration is realized by strength redundancy factor resolving.Taking a type of six⁃cylinder engine crankshaft as an example,the main shaft radius,arm width and transition fillet radius are selected as key optimization parameters to carry out structural parameter optimization and strength redundancy configuration,and the effectiveness of the method has been verified.
