摘  要:阐述了近年来基于手性分子印迹材料在毛细管电泳手性药物拆分中的应用研究与进展。通过归纳国内外最近的相关文献报道,对基于手性分子印迹材料毛细管柱的制备和通过毛细管电泳实现手性分离的相关研究进展和应用进行综述。通过报道可知将分子印迹材料用于毛细管柱的制备,可以显著提高手性药物在毛细管电泳中的分离度和拆分效果。手性分子印迹材料修饰的毛细管柱在毛细管电泳手性拆分领域具有良好的发展前景。This article elaborates on the application research and progress of chiral molecularly imprinted materials in capillary electrophoresis for chiral drug resolution in recent years.By summarizing recent literature reports both domestically and internationally,this article reviews the research progress and applications of the preparation of chiral molecularly imprinted material capillary columns and the implementation of chiral separation through capillary electrophoresis.According to reports,the use of molecularly imprinted materials in the preparation of capillary columns can significantly improve the resolution and resolution of chiral drugs in capillary electrophoresis.Chiral molecular imprinting materials modified capillary columns have good prospects in the field of capillary electrophoresis chiral resolution.
