摘　　要：为了改善棉条条干,提升半制品和成纱质量,阐述并条工序清洁的重要性,对比并条机清洁优化前后的纺纱状态,提出并条机清洁优化措施。在对棉条经过机件和集束器、圈条盘通道进行深度清洁后,试验测试末并半制品棉条以及成纱质量。结果表明:加强并条工序的清洁,能在一定程度上改善棉条条干,减少纱疵和不匀;日常应重视影响成纱质量的各环节,提升员工重视程度以及防患能力,增加对设备细节部位的日常检查及维护力度。In order to improve the sliver evenness,improve the quality of semi-products and finished yarn,the importance of cleaning in the drawing process is expounded,the spinning state before and after cleaning optimization of drawing frame is compared,and the cleaning optimization measures of drawing frame are put forward.After deep cleaning of the machine parts and the condenser sliver going through,the can coiler channel,the final and semi-finished sliver and yarn quality are tested.The results show that strengthening the cleaning in drawing process can improve the sliver evenness to some extent and reduce yarn defects and unevenness.Daily attention should be paid to the links that affect the quality of yarn,improve the staff’s attention and prevention ability,and increase the daily inspection and maintenance of the details of the equipment.
