摘 要:本研究以桢楠芽苗为试验材料,设置7组不同处理,探讨在无纺布育苗容器下混合基质对桢楠容器苗生长及生理的影响,并筛选出最优基质配比。结果表明,在不同基质处理下桢楠的苗高生长高峰期在7~9月,地径生长高峰期在8月之后,且各基质组合间生长指标、生物量指标、根系指标、生理指标均存在显著差异性;经隶属函数综合分析,A6处理基质组合综合评价得分最高,为0.87667。本研究旨在为桢楠人工林规模化和产业化发展奠定基础,对桢楠野生资源保护和开发利用也具有重要意义。In this paper,Phoebezhennanseedlings were used as the test material with 7 medium formulas to study the effect of mixed medium on the growth and physiology ofPhoebezhennannon-woven container seedlings and screen out the optimal medium formula to lay a foundation for subsequently developingPhoebezhennanplantations.The results showed that the height growth peak period of the seedlings was from July to September and the basal growth peak started from August,with significant differences in the indexes of growth,biomass,root system and physiology among different medium formulas.Comprehensive analysis with membership function showed that the medium formula A won the highest score of 0.87667 in the comprehensive evaluation.The study could lay a foundation for scale and industrial development ofPhoebezhennanplantations and is of significance in conserving and utilizingPhoebezhennanwild resources.
