摘 要:图书馆特藏教学支持服务直接支撑大学人才培养,同时也是开发利用特藏的重要方式。文章采用网络调查方法,探析美国十所大学图书馆特藏教学支持服务的内容,总结了四大服务亮点:具有明确的教学理念、设立实践性学习项目、提供详尽的服务指南、遵循数字化教学趋势。对国内大学图书馆特藏教学支持服务提出五点启示:面向教学需求主动开展特藏资源建设与服务;围绕原始材料素养培养开展特藏教学活动设计;立足教师能力提升开展服务案例示范与培训交流;贯彻主动学习教学策略开展课堂学习与项目研究;顺应数字化教学趋势开展特藏教学支持服务创新。Special collections teaching support services directly support university talent training and are also an important way to develop and utilize library special collections.Using online survey methods,this article explores the content of special collections teaching support services in ten American university libraries,summarizing four major service highlights:having a clear teaching philosophy,establishing experiential learning projects,providing detailed service guides,and following digital teaching trends.Five insights for special collections teaching support services in domestic university libraries are proposed:proactively develop special collections resources construction and services based on teaching needs;design special collections teaching activities for the cultivation of primary source literacy;base on enhancing teacher capabilities to carry out service case demonstrations and training exchanges;implement active learning and teaching strategies to conduct classroom learning and project research;and innovate special collections teaching support services in line with digital teaching trends.
