摘  要:本施工为中国石油新疆销售有限公司仓储分公司独奎输油管线穿越独山子炼油厂铁路专用线工程而设,管道分别于北交线正线里程K5+700、北烃线正线里程K3+300处下穿铁路,管道与铁路成900夹角。输油管道为2根DN200钢管。北交线与北烃线均属于独山子石化公司,线路均为有缝线路,北交线轨道为P50钢轨,北烃线轨道为P43钢轨,轨枕均采用新II型混凝土轨枕,两处钢套管穿越处线路均为直线,线路两侧均设铁路防护栅栏。由于地况复杂施工风险大不适合采取开挖施工方式,又因为顶管施工成本高周期长而被项目部否定,最终选择施工速度快,施工成本低的夯管施工方案,本文做详细分析以供参考。This construction is designed for the Dukui oil pipeline of China Petroleum Xinjiang Sales Co.,Ltd.Storage Branch to cross the railway dedicated line of Dushanzi Refinery.The pipeline is different from the main line mileage K5+700 of the Beijiao Line and K3+300 of the Beihan Line,and crosses the railway at an angle of 900.The oil pipeline consists of two DN200 steel pipes.Both the North Jiaotong Line and the North Hydrocarbon Line belong to Dushanzi Petrochemical Company,and the lines are both seam tracks.The North Jiaotong Line tracks are P50 steel rails,while the North Hydrocarbon Line tracks are P43 steel rails.The sleepers are both new type II concrete sleepers.The two steel sleeve crossings are straight lines,and railway protective fences are installed on both sides of the lines.Due to the complex terrain and high construction risks,it is not suitable to adopt excavation construction methods.Additionally,due to the high cost and long cycle of pipe jacking construction,it was rejected by the project department.In the end,a ramming pipe construction plan with fast construction speed and low construction cost was chosen.This article provides a detailed analysis for reference.
