摘 要:为降低普通水泥砂浆的干燥收缩性能,采用丁苯乳液对其进行改性,研究了丁苯乳液掺量对砂浆工作性能、力学性能以及干燥收缩性能的影响。结果表明:丁苯乳液能提高砂浆后期的力学强度,降低压折比,并且能抑制砂浆的干燥收缩量以及水分散失率。当丁苯乳液掺量为5%时,砂浆后期强度增长效果较好,28 d抗压、抗折强度较7 d时分别提高了63%、36%;当掺量为20%时,砂浆的干燥收缩量最小;当掺量为5%时,抑制水分散失的效果最好。SEM分析显示,丁苯乳液会在砂浆内部与水泥水化产物相互贯穿渗透,形成较为连续的聚合物网状结构。Butylbenzene emulsion is employed to alter the characteristics of conventional cement mortar,decreasing its drying shrinkage performance.The effects of butylbenzene emulsion on the working performance,mechanical characteristics,and drying shrinkage performance of mortar were investigated through experiments.These findings suggest that butylbenzene emulsion may reduce the compression ratio,increase mechanical strength,and prevent drying shrinkage and water loss in mortar.Utilizing butylbenzene emulsion at a dosage of 5%,resulted in a superior mechanical strength growth of mortar.The dosage of 5%possessed the best effect on preventing water dissipation,while 20%was the least amount of drying shrinkage of mortar.The SEM test indicates that the butylbenzene emulsion forms an essentially continuous polymer network structure inside the mortar by penetrating with cement hydration products.
