摘  要:建筑用金属面绝热夹芯板广泛应用于工业与民用建筑的屋面和墙体。现行的国家标准中没有建筑用金属面绝热夹芯板耐久性试验方法及评价指标的要求。根据金属面夹芯板实际用途,选择3种不同芯材的金属面夹芯板,在4种不同环境条件下进行耐久性试验,并对芯材的密度、质量吸湿率、导热系数以及金属面夹芯板的粘结强度进行测试。通过对试验数据的分析,找出影响试验数据的主要因素,并对金属面夹芯板耐久性评价指标的确定提出建议。The double skin metal faced insulating panels are widely used in the roof and wall of industrial and civil buildings.There is no durability testing method and acceptance criteria of double skin metal faced insulating panels in the current national standards.According to the actual use of metal faced sandwich panels,choose 3 kinds of metal faced sandwich panel of different core material,carry out durability test under 4 different environmental conditions,and test the density,moisture absorption,and thermal conductivity of the core material,and the tensile strength of metal faced sandwich panels.Through the analysis of the test data,the main factors affecting the test data are found out,and the suggestions on the determination of the durability evaluation index of the metal surface sandwich panels are put forward.
