摘 要:为探究混杂纤维对混凝土抗裂性能影响,利用超高分子质量聚乙烯(UHMWPE)纤维弹模大、韧性好的优势来阻碍混凝土内部裂缝的扩展和宏观裂缝的形成,利用钢纤维抗拉、抗弯、抗剪性能好的优势来提高混凝土抗裂性能。测试了2种纤维掺量以及单掺、复掺方式下混凝土的干燥收缩率及早期抗裂性能。结果表明:UHMWPE纤维与钢纤维复掺时,混凝土干燥收缩性能最优的纤维掺量为0.2%,且钢纤维占比为75%时,28 d开裂收缩率较基准组降低了60.7%,总体降低率低于单掺纤维混凝土;复掺和单掺纤维对混凝土抗裂性能均有明显提升,复掺时效果最优,几乎没有裂缝产生。In order to explore the impact of hybrid fiber on concrete cracking resistance,the advantages of high molecular weight polyethylene(UHMWPE)fiber with large elastic modulus and good toughness are selected to prevent the expansion of cracks inside concrete and the formation of macro cracks,and the advantages of steel fiber with good tensile,flexural and shear properties are selected to improve the cracking resistance of concrete.The dry shrinkage rate and early cracking of concrete were tested by different fiber content,single and compound mixing methods.The results show that when UHMWPE fibers are mixed with steel fibers,the optimal fiber content for the drying shrinkage performance of concrete is 0.2%,and when the proportion of steel fibers is 75%,the 28 day cracking shrinkage rate is reduced by 60.7%compared to reference group,and the overall reduction rate is lower than that of single fiber reinforced concrete.Both composite and single fiber addition significantly improve the crack resistance performance of concrete,with the best effect achieved when composite is added,there are almost no cracks generated.
