摘　　要：数字经济成为推动我国经济发展的新动能。我国数字经济衍生的新特征包括数据成为关键生产要素、数字平台成为组织形式、价值创造成为主攻方向,从垄断现象扰乱市场秩序、数据赋能未能充分释放、数字转型缺乏创新支撑等方面分析数字经济发展的新挑战。以发展理念、创新范式、治理路径为切入点深度反思,提出我国发展数字经济的因应之策,即加强基础创新能力、聚焦产业开新篇、生态系统释能量、科学监管领航向。The digital economy has become a new driving force for China's economic development.First,this paper identifies the new features derived from China's digital economy,including data becoming a key production factor,digital platform becoming an organizational form and value becoming the main direction,and then analyzes the new challenges of digital economy development from the aspects of monopoly disturbing the market order,data empowerment not fully released,and digital transformation lacking innovation support.On this basis,the development concept,innovation paradigm and governance path are taken as the breakthrough point for in-depth reflection.Finally,the countermeasures for the development of digital economy in China are proposed,namely,strengthening the basic innovation ability,focusing on the industry to open a new chapter,ecosystem energy release and scientific supervision.
