摘　　要：基于语义本体法,选取太重苏联专家楼、矿机厂苏式住宅为研究对象,针对影响其风貌特征的建筑平面、屋顶、墙体、门窗及阳台、细部装饰五部分要素进行语义本体分析,并结合比较分析,探知太原市工业遗产社区风貌演变的过程与原因。结果表明:太原市工业遗产社区风貌特征体现为简洁高效的街坊组织方式、标准化的立面设计、元素多样的细部装饰,其风貌演变受到资源配置方式与政府政策的影响,表现为社区规划形式更为丰富、空间组织更加便捷、建筑风格更加多元。以期为今后太原市工业遗产社区的改造与更新工作提供理论依据与参考。Based on the method of semantic ontology,the Soviet-style residence at Taiyuan Heavy Machinery Factory and Taiyuan Mining Machinery Factory have been selected as research objects.And the analysis of semantic ontology was conducted for five parts of the residential plan,the roof,the wall,the door,the window,the balcony and the detailed decoration that influenced the style characteristics,the processes and reasons of the evolving style of the industrial heritage community in the city of Taiyuan have been explored.The results show that the characteristics of Taiyuan's industrial heritage community are reflected in the simple and effective way to organize the area,the standardized design of the facade and the detailed decoration with various elements,and its evolving style is influenced by the method of allocating resources and government policies,including richer forms of community planning,more convenient spatial organization,and more diverse architectural styles.We hope to provide a theoretical and baseline foundation for the transformation and reuse of the industrial heritage community in the city of Taiyuan in the future.
