摘  要:介绍了某型号固体火箭发动机在壳体准备过程中出现壳体定心部金属表面出现锈蚀问题。通过采用电镜扫描,分别对燃烧室壳体的中定心部、后定心部,壳体表面漆层,人工脱黏层和绝热层进行能谱分析,结果表明,壳体定心部锈蚀是由于漆层中氯元素和绝热层中的水分,在绝热层硫化高温(通常150℃)环境下,氯元素遇水发生化学反应形成酸性气体,固体火箭发动机壳体长时间处于酸性气体包裹环境下,其表面易发生化学腐蚀形成锈蚀。通过验证采用不易产生挥发物的底漆,可有效防止壳体定心部表面生锈。The problem of corrosion on the metal surface of the bourrelet of a certain type of solid rocket motor during shell preparation process was introduced.The energy spectrum analysis of the middle bourrelet,rear bourrelet of the combustion chamber shell,the surface paint layer of the shell,the manual debonding layer and the insulation layer was carried out using scanning electron microscopy.The results showed that the rusting in the bourrelet of the shell was due to the chlorine element in the paint layer and the moisture in the insulation layer.Under the environment of high temperature(usually 150℃)of vulcanization of the insulation layer,the chlorine element reacted with water to produce the acidic gas.The shell of the solid rocket motor was enveloped in the environment of acidic gas for a long time,and its surface was prone to chemical corrosion to form the rusting.Through the verification of the use of a primer that is not prone to produce volatiles,it can effectively prevent the surface rusting of the bourrelet of the shell.
