大统战工作格局下高校尊重、维护、照顾同盟者利益工作原则的运用与优化

摘　　要：“尊重、维护、照顾同盟者的利益”是中国共产党统一战线工作的光荣传统与政策优势,也是统一战线工作的一项重要原则。统一战线本质上是政治联盟,要求照顾同盟者的利益。高校同盟者以党外知识分子为主,呈现出多元化的特征,是高校统战工作的“关键少数”。高校落实统一战线政治联盟相关政策,要坚持党的领导,凝心聚力夯实政治共识;构建大统战工作格局,依法保障同盟者的权益;完善协商机制,畅通利益表达渠道;扩大政治参与,选好用好党外人才。“Respecting,maintaining,and taking care of the interests of allies”is a glorious tradition,policy advantage,and also an important principle of the Party’s united front work.The united front is essentially an alliance of political union,requiring the interests of allies to be taken care of.The university allies are mainly non-party intellectuals,showing the characteristics of diversification,and they are the“key minority”of the university united front work.To implement the related policies of the united front political allies in colleges and universities,we must adhere to the leadership of the Party and consolidate political consensus with all our strength;constrcut a large framwork of the united front work,and protect the rights and interests of allies in accordance with the law;improve the consultation mechanism and clear the channels for expression of interests;expand political participation and select,use well non-Party talents.
