中国城市民生高质量发展水平测度、区域差异及收敛性研究

摘　　要：文章构建了中国城市民生高质量发展评价指标体系,运用熵值法测算了2012—2021年中国288个地级及以上城市的民生高质量发展水平,并采用Dagum基尼系数、莫兰指数和空间收敛模型考察民生高质量发展存在的区域差异、空间相关性和收敛特征。研究发现:在考察期内,三大地区样本城市的民生高质量发展水平得到明显提升;城市民生高质量发展差异主要贡献来源为地区内差异,东部、西部地区城市之间的差异最大,并且东部地区城市之间的差异显著高于其他地区城市;各地区城市之间的民生高质量发展都具有显著的空间正相关特征,且都具有显著的空间收敛态势;劳动收入要素是影响全国及各地区民生高质量发展的关键因素。This paper constructs an evaluation index system of high-quality development of urban people’slivelihood in China,measures the high-quality development level of livelihood in 288 cities at prefecture level and above from 2012 to 2021 by using the entropy method,and finally adopts the Dagum Gini coefficient,Moran’s index and the spatial convergence model to exam-ine the regional differences,spatial correlation and convergence characteristics of high-quality development of livelihood.The research findings are shown as follows:During the investigation period,the high-quality development level of people’s livelihood in the sample cities of the three regions has been significantly improved.The main source of contribution to the differences in high-quality development of people’s livelihood is intra-regional differences,with the largest differences between cities in the eastern and western regions,and the differences between cities in the eastern region are significantly higher than those in other regions.The high-quality development of people's livelihood among cities in all regions has a significant spatial positive correlation and a significant spatial convergence trend.The labor income factor is the key factor affecting the high-quality development of people’slivelihood in the whole country and various regions.
