摘 要:以冰醋酸和正丁醇为原料,浓H_(2)SO_(4)作催化剂,无水Mg SO4为干燥剂合成乙酸正丁酯,研究了投料比、反应时间、反应温度、浓H_(2)SO_(4)用量等对产率和纯度的影响。得出最佳反应条件为:冰醋酸与正丁醇的物质的量之比为1∶1.05,冰醋酸的用量为14.00g,浓H_(2)SO_(4)用量为1.00m L,回流反应时间为40min。在该条件下合成乙酸正丁酯,纯度超过98%,产率可达80%以上。N-butyl acetate was synthesizd with glacial acetic acid and anhydrous ethanol as raw materials,concentrated sulfuric acid as catalyst and anhydrous magnesium sulfate as desiccant.The effects of feeding ratio,reaction time and temperature,concentrated sulfuric acid dosage,detergent etc.on the yield and purity were studied.The optimal reaction conditions were as follows:the ratio of acetic acid to n-butanol was 1∶1.05,the amount of acetic acid was 14.00g,the dosage of concentrated sulfuric acid was 1.00mL,and the reflux reaction time was 40 minutes.Under these conditions,n-butyl acetate was synthesized with the purity of over 98%and the yield could reach more than 80%.
