金芪降糖片组方中总黄酮提取工艺研究

摘　　要：本文采用乙醇回流提取法对金芪降糖片组方的总黄酮进行提取,将总黄酮提取量作为指标,通过单因素实验结果选取对金芪降糖片组方中总黄酮提取量影响较大的3个因素进行正交实验。得出最佳提取方案:乙醇体积分数为75%、料液比为1∶20(g∶mL)、浸泡时间为1.75h、提取时间为1.5h、提取温度为65℃,此时总黄酮提取量为8.303mg·g^(-1)。In this paper,ethanol reflux extraction method was used to extract total flavonoids from Jinqi Jiangtang tablet formula,and the total flavonoids extraction amount was taken as an index.Three factors that had a greater influence on the total flavonoids extraction amount of Jinqi Jiangtang tablet formula were selected through the results of single factor experiment,and orthogonal experiments were conducted.The optimal extraction scheme was as follows:the ethanol volume fraction of 25%,solid-liquid ratio of 1∶20,soaking time of 1.75h,extraction time of 1.5h and extraction temperature of 65℃,the total extraction amount of flavonoids was 8.303mg·g^(-1).
