Effects of Low Protein Diets Supplemented with Glycine on Production Performance,Egg Quality and Nitrogen Emission of Jinghong No.1 Laying Hen

摘  要:为探究低蛋白饲粮添加甘氨酸对京红1号蛋鸡生产性能、蛋品质和氮排放的影响,试验选取2 000只体重、产蛋率相近、健康的38周龄京红1号蛋鸡,随机分为4个处理,每组5个重复,每个重复100只。对照组饲粮粗蛋白质(CP)水平为15%,不添加甘氨酸;其他3组饲粮粗蛋白质水平分别为14%、13%、12%,甘氨酸添加量分别为0.1%、0.2%、0.3%。预试期7 d,正试期28 d。结果显示,各处理组间蛋鸡平均蛋重、平均日产蛋重、产蛋率、日采食量、料蛋比均无显著性差异(P>0.05)。与对照组相比,0.1%组蛋壳厚度、血浆尿酸、粪氮含量显著降低(P<0.05),蛋黄颜色显著升高(P<0.05),0.1%组和0.3%组血浆尿素氮含量显著降低(P<0.05)。综上所述,本试验条件下,低蛋白饲粮添加甘氨酸对蛋鸡生产性能、蛋品质无不良影响,但可降低血浆尿酸、尿素氮、粪氮含量,减少氮排放。在CP水平为14%时,添加0.1%甘氨酸是可行的。In order to explore the effects of low-protein diets supplemented with glycine on production performance,egg quality and nitrogen emission of Jinghong No.1 laying hens,2000 healthy 38-week-old Jinghong No.1 laying hens with similar weight and laying rate were randomly divided into 4 treatments with 5 replicates each group and 100 birds each repetition.The control group was fed with 15%of crude protein(CP)without glycine,the other three groups were fed with 14%,13%,12%of CP and 0.1%,0.2%,0.3%of glycine,respectively.The pre-trial period lasted for 7 days and the experimental period lasted for 28 days The results showed that there were no significant differences in average egg weight,average daily laying weight,laying rate,daily feed intake and feed-egg ratio among the groups(P>0.05).Compared with the control group,the eggshell thickness,plasma uric acid and fecal nitrogen content in 0.1%group were significantly decreased(P<0.05),the yolk color was significantly increased(P<0.05),and the plasma urea nitrogen content in 0.1%group and 0.3%group were significantly decreased(P<0.05).In conclusion,low protein diet supplemented with glycine had no adverse effect on laying performance and egg quality,but it reduced nitrogen emission by decreasing plasma uric acid,urea nitrogen and fecal nitrogen.Adding 0.1%glycine to low protein diets(14%CP)was feasible.
