摘　　要：赞丹-3汤是一种传统蒙药方剂,可用于防治冠心病、心肌缺血、心绞痛、心律失常等心血管疾病。急性心肌梗死(Acute myocardial infarction,AMI)是在冠状动脉狭窄基础上出现血管收缩、血小板和白细胞黏附、促凝血功能紊乱、血栓形成并最终堵塞血管的一种急性冠状动脉综合性疾病。现仅就血管内皮功能与AMI的关系及赞丹-3汤调控血管内皮功能改善AMI的机制进行综述,为赞丹-3汤防治AMI提供参考。Zandan-3 decoction is a traditional preparation,it can be used to prevent and treat coronary heart disease,myocardial ischemia,angina pectoris,arrhythmia and other cardiovascular diseases.Acute myocardial infarc⁃tion(AMI)is a kind of acute comprehensive coronary artery disease in which blood vessel constriction,platelet and white blood cell adhesion,procoagulant dysfunction and thrombosis occurs on the basis of coronary artery stenosis,and eventually the blood vessels are blocked.This article reviews the research progress of the relationship between vascular endothelial function and AMI,and Zandan-3 decoction on improving the prognosis of AMI through regula⁃tion cardiovascular endothelial function,which provides reference for the clinical application of Zandan-3 decoction in the prevention and treatment of AMI.
