模拟氮沉降对刺萼龙葵幼苗生长与生物量的影响

摘  要:为探究入侵植物刺萼龙葵幼苗在氮沉降作用下的生长及分配特征,试验设置2种氮沉降方式(铵态氮((NH4)2SO4),记为A;硝态氮(NaNO3),记为B)和4种氮沉降水平(0、4、8、10 g/(m^(2)·a),记为1、2、3、4)。结果表明:刺萼龙葵幼苗的株高不受氮沉降影响;所有氮沉降处理均极显著降低了刺萼龙葵幼苗的根粗,且处理13水平最小,为0.74 cm;二者交互作用和铵态氮处理对刺萼龙葵幼苗茎粗均具有极显著的降低作用,且处理14水平最小,为1.04 cm;所有氮沉降处理均显著增大了刺萼龙葵幼苗的比叶面积,且处理10水平最大,为23748.41 mm^(2)/g。铵态氮处理下的处理13均降低了刺萼龙葵幼苗的根、茎、叶和总生物量,二者交互作用下的处理16均降低了刺萼龙葵幼苗的根、茎、叶生物量比和根冠比,除处理16外,其余的交互作用均促进了叶生物量比和根冠比。这些结果表明,在铵态氮和二者交互作用浓度为4~8 g/(m^(2)·a)时,会增加刺萼龙葵幼苗生物量的积累与分配,促进其入侵,而铵态氮和二者交互作用的浓度均为10 g/(m^(2)·a)时,会减小刺萼龙葵幼苗的生物量积累和分配,从而达到抑制生长的作用,不利于其入侵。The study investigates the growth and allocation characteristics of the invasive plant Solanum rostra⁃tum seedlings under nitrogen deposition.Two nitrogen deposition methods were employed:ammonium nitrogen((NH4)2SO4),denoted as A,and nitrate nitrogen(NaNO3),denoted as B.Four nitrogen deposition levels were tested:0,4,8,and 10 g/(m^(2)·a),labeled as 1,2,3,and 4,respectively.Results indicate that the plant height of Solanum ros⁃tratum seedlings remained unaffected by nitrogen deposition.All nitrogen deposition treatments significantly reduced the root diameter of the seedlings,with treatment level 13 being the lowest at 0.74 cm.Both the interaction effect and ammonium nitrogen treatment significantly decreased the stem diameter of the seedlings,with treatment level 14 being the lowest at 1.04 cm.Additionally,all nitrogen deposition treatments significantly increased the specific leaf area of the seedlings,with treatment level 10 being the highest at 23748.41 mm^(2)/g.Under ammonium nitrogen treat-ment,treatment level 13 decreased the root,stem,leaf and total biomass of Solanum rostratum seedlings.Under the interaction of treatment level 16,the ratio of root,stem,leaf and leaf biomass and root-shoot ratio of Solanum rostra⁃tum seedlings were decreased.Except for treatment level 16,the other interactions increased the ratio of leaf bio-mass and root-shoot ratio.These findings suggest that concentrations of 4-8 g/(m^(2)·a)of ammonium nitrogen promote the accumulation and distribution of biomass in Solanum rostratum Dunal.seedlings,facilitating invasion,while con-centrations of 10 g/(m^(2)·a)inhibit biomass accumulation and distribution,thereby suppressing growth and impeding invasion.
