摘 要:为拓展碱激发矿渣胶凝材料在废弃物固封领域的应用,本试验制备轻烧白云石-碳酸钠激发矿渣胶凝材料,分析轻烧白云石掺量对硬化体强度发展、产物组成及微观结构的影响,研究硬化体对重金属离子的吸附作用。结果表明,轻烧白云石为辅助激发剂可加速碳酸钠激发矿渣的反应进程,掺量为4%时硬化体28 d抗压强度最高,由未掺轻烧白云石的23.1 MPa提升至36.5 MPa,强度增长率为58.0%;掺量为8%时硬化体孔结构最致密,总孔隙率由18.9%降至11.7%。致密的孔结构使硬化体吸水率由16.0%降至10.1%。掺入轻烧白云石促进了硬化体中类水滑石矿相的生成,其Mg-Al插层结构提升了对重金属离子的吸附作用,对Pb^(2+)、Cd^(2+)和Zn^(2+)的吸附率可达76.5%、51.0%和57.2%。In order to enhance the application of alkali-activated slag cementitious materials in the waste solidification field,this paper prepared light-burned dolomite-sodium carbonate-activated slag binders,and analyzed the impact of light-burned dolomite content on the strength development,phase assemblage and microstructure evolution.The adsorption efficiency of heavy metal ions was also evaluated.The results showed that light-burned dolomite as an auxiliary activator could accelerate the reaction kinetics of sodium carbonate-activated slag.When the dosage was 4%,the highest 28 d compressive strength of binder was achieved,which was increased from 23.1 MPa to 36.5 MPa.The strength growth rate was 58.0%.When the content of light-burnt dolomite was 8%,the densest pore structure of the binder was achieved,and the total porosity decreased from 18.9%to 11.7%.The dense pore structure reduced the water absorption rate of the cementitious materials from 16.0%to 10.1%.The incorporation of light-burned dolomite promoted the formation of hydrotalcite-like phase in the binder,and the Mg-Al layered double hydroxide molecular structure improved the adsorption of heavy metal ions.The adsorption rates of Pb^(2+),Cd^(2+)and Zn^(2+)could reach 76.5%,51.0%and 57.2%,respectively.
