摘 要:为解决焙烧硅藻土(C-D)吸附性能较低的问题,以C-D为原料,MgCl_(2)和NaOH为前驱体,采用水热法制备了含镁沸石型焙烧硅藻土(Mg-Z-C-D),并通过X射线衍射(XRD)、扫描电镜(SEM)、透射电镜(TEM)对其进行表征。结果表明,制备的Mg-Z-C-D比表面积较高,为237.47 m^(2)/g,是C-D的273倍;其对亚甲基蓝(MB)的吸附量为125.46 mg/g,是原焙烧硅藻土的77倍。Mg-Z-C-D对MB主要为单层吸附,化学吸附决定了吸附速率,颗粒内扩散过程是主要的速率控制过程。In order to resolve the problem of low adsorption performance of calcined diatomite(C-D),Mg-Z-C-D was prepared by hydrothermal method using C-D as raw material,MgCl_(2) and NaOH as precursors,and characterized by XRD,SEM and TEM.The results showed that the Mg-Z-C-D had a high specific surface area of 237.47 m2/g,which was 273 times of C-D;The adsorption performance of Mg-Z-C-D for methylene blue(MB)was 125.46 mg/g,which was 77 times of C-D.The adsorption of MB on Mg-Z-C-D was monolayer adsorption process,the chemisorption dominated the adsorption rates,and the intra-particle-diffusion process was the main rate-controlling process.
