摘 要:为解决磷石膏大量堆存造成的占用土地、污染环境、资源浪费等问题,采用共反浮选工艺脱除磷石膏中的有机物及硅杂质,使其得到初步净化富集。首先,通过单因素试验确定了反浮选工艺参数。结果表明,在矿浆pH为7,起泡剂甲基异丁基甲醇(MIBC)用量为300 g/t,捕收剂十四烷基三甲基氯化铵用量为100 g/t,一次反浮选所得磷石膏精矿最佳指标为:白度34.05%,纯度92.17%,SiO_(2)含量(质量分数,下同)1.98%,较原矿指标均有很大改善,SiO_(2)脱除率可达78.57%。为进一步考察产品粒度对白度的影响,对其进行磨矿行为研究。结果表明,磷石膏细度为-74μm占95%以上时,白度接近最大值,磷石膏精矿产品白度可从34.05%提升至55.68%。捕收剂作用机理研究表明,十四烷基三甲基氯化铵主要以物理吸附和氢键吸附形式吸附在SiO_(2)表面,实现磷石膏的脱硅。本研究为磷石膏资源化利用提供了可行的脱色除杂预处理方案。In order to solve the problems of land occupation,environmental pollution and resource waste caused by the excessive storage of phosphogypsum,the co-reverse flotation process was used to remove organic matter and silicon impurities from phosphogypsum,so as to obtain its primary purification and enrichment.Firstly,the reverse flotation process parameters were determined by single factor test.The results showed that when the pulp pH was 7,the dosage of foaming agent MIBC was 300 g/t,and the dosage of collector tetracyltrimethyl ammonium chloride was 100 g/t,the best indexes of phosphogypsum concentrate obtained by a single reverse flotation were as follows:34.05%of Whiteness,92.17%of purity,1.98%of SiO_(2) content,indexes were greatly improved compared with the raw ore,especially in the removal of silicon,SiO_(2) removal rate up to 78.57%.Secondly,in order to further examine the influence of product granularity on whiteness,the grinding behavior of the product was studied.The results showed that the whiteness of phosphogypsum concentrate was close to the maximum value when the-74μm fineness of phosphogypsum was over 95%,and the whiteness of phosphogypsum concentrate was increased from 34.05%to 55.68%.Finally,the study on the mechanism of the collector showed that tetracyl-trimethylammonium chloride was mainly adsorbed on the surface of SiO_(2) in the form of physical adsorption and hydrogen bond adsorption to achieve the desiliconization of phosphogypsum.It provides a feasible pretreatment scheme of decolorization and impurity removal for the resource utilization of phosphogypsum.
