摘 要:针对传统铁路冷藏集装箱机械制冷方式能耗高的问题,综合应用蓄冷托盘、反射涂料新型节能技术,对铁路冷藏集装箱进行综合性技术改造。研究以40英尺冷藏集装箱为对象,在箱体外表面喷涂辐射制冷涂料的同时,将蓄冷托盘应用于集装箱并展开隔热性能、温度场均匀性和稳定性测试。实验结果表明,涂刷后集装箱外表面温度最高下降19.3%,内外壁面最高温差下降了31.3%;温度场极差下降3.9%~35.8%,方差下降21.0%~49.1%。同时,涂刷辐射制冷材料后的集装箱从常温降至10℃的时间缩短了57.0%,稳定天数延长了42.8%。此外,蓄冷集装箱的重心较机械式冷藏集装箱下降了51.4%。通过青椒运输实测验证,改造后的集装箱较机械式制冷运输青椒失重率降低62.1%,更能好的维持青椒色泽品质。研究成果可供冷藏运输装备设计与运用参考。Aiming at the problem of high energy consumption of traditional railway refrigerated containers,the new energy-saving technologies of cold storage tray and reflective coating is comprehensively applied to carry out comprehensive technical transformation of railway refrigerated container.The study focuses on a 40-foot refrigerated container and applies radiation refrigeration coating to its external surface.Additionally,cold storage pallets are applied to the container's interior floor and the thermal insulation performance,temperature field uniformity and stability were tested.Experimental results reveal that the maximum temperature of the painted container's external surface decreases by 19.3%,and the maximum temperature difference between the container's inner and outer surfaces decreases by 31.3%.Furthermore,the range of temperature field decreased by 3.9%~35.8%and the variance decreased by 21.0%~49.1%.The cooling speed of containers coated with radiation refrigeration materials to the stable period below 10℃increased by 57.0%,and the stable days increased by 42.8%.In addition,the center of gravity of cold storage container is 51.4%lower than the mechanical refrigerated container.Through the verification of green pepper transport test,compared with mechanical refrigeration transportation of green pepper,the weight loss rate of the modified container is reduced by 62.1%,the color and quality of the green pepper were better maintained.The results of this study can be used as a reference for the design and application of refrigerated transportation equipment.
