艾滋病防治“一站式服务”模式的应用效果

摘　　要：目的:分析艾滋病防治“一站式服务”模式的应用效果。方法:选取2015年1月-2020年12月惠州市博罗县疾病预防控制中心艾滋病确诊患者220例为研究对象。2018年1月1日开始开展“一站式服务”,以此为时间节点,将研究对象分为开展前(n=74)和开展后(n=146)。比较两组治疗所需时间、综合管理指标、依从性。结果:开展后初筛至确诊时间、确诊至治疗时间均短于开展前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。开展后接受随访以及CD4+淋巴细胞检测、配偶或者性行为对象接受抗体检测、完成病毒载量检测率均高于开展前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。开展后患者依从性高于开展前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。结论:“一站式服务模式”的应用,能够有效缩短艾滋病患者初筛、确诊时间,提高患者综合管理效果,保证患者治疗依从性。Objective:To analyze the application effect of"one-stop service"mode of AIDS prevention and treatment.Methods:From January 2015 to December 2020,two hundred and twenty patients diagnosed with AIDS in Huizhou Boluo County Center for Disease Control and Prevention were selected as the study objects.The"one-stop service"was started on January 1,2018,and as a time node,the research objects were divided into two groups before(n=74)and after(n=146).The treatment time,comprehensive management index and compliance of the two groups were compared.Results:The time between initial screening and diagnosis and the time between diagnosis and treatment were shorter than before,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).The rates of follow-up,CD4+lymphocytes detection,antibody detection of spouses or sexual objects,and completion of viral load detection were all higher than before,with statistical significance(P<0.05).The compliance of patients after implementation was higher than that before implementation,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).Conclusion:The application of"one-stop service mode"can effectively shorten the time of initial screening and diagnosis of patients with AIDS,improve the effect of comprehensive management of patients,and ensure the treatment compliance of patients.
