枣仁安神颗粒联合佐匹克隆对失眠症患者睡眠质量和生活质量的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨枣仁安神颗粒联合佐匹克隆对失眠症患者睡眠质量和生活质量的影响。方法:选取2021年12月-2023年6月北京市朝阳区黑庄户社区卫生服务中心门诊收治的失眠症患者80例为研究对象,采用随机分组法分为对照组和观察组,各40例。对照组采用佐匹克隆片治疗,观察组在对照组基础上服用枣仁安神颗粒治疗。比较两组临床效果、匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(PSQI)量表评分、健康调查简表(SF-36)评分、不良反应发生情况。结果:观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.043)。治疗前,两组PSQI和SF-36评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,两组PSQI评分降低,SF-36评分升高,且观察组PSQI评分低于对照组,SF-36评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:枣仁安神颗粒联合佐匹克隆治疗失眠症可提高临床效果,改善患者睡眠质量和生活质量,且安全性佳。Objective:To explore the effects of Zaoren Anshen granules combined with zopiclone on sleep quality and quality of life of patients with insomnia.Methods:Eighty insomnia patients admitted to the Outpatient Clinic of Heizhuanghu Community Health Service Center of Chaoyang District in Beijing from December 2021 to June 2023 were selected as the study subjects,and were divided into the control group and the observation group using the random grouping method,each with 40 cases.The control group was treated with zopiclone tablets,and the observation group was treated with Zaoren Anshen granules on the basis of the control group.The two groups were compared in terms of clinical effects,Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI)scale scores,Short Form Health Survey(SF-36)scores,and the occurrence of adverse reactions.Results:The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.043).Before treat-ment,the PSQI and SF-36 scores of the two groups were compared,and the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05);af-ter treatment,the PSQI scores of the two groups decreased and the SF-36 scores increased,and the PSQI scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,and the SF-36 scores were higher than those of the control group,and the differ-ence was statistically significant(P<0.05).Comparing the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups,the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion:Zaoren Anshen granules combined with zopiclone in the treatment of insom-nia is effective and safe.It can improve the quality of sleep and the quality of life of patients.
