摘　　要：目的:分析常规临时静脉穿刺和深静脉穿刺在行血液净化治疗患者中的临床效果。方法:选择2020年5月-2022年5月罗甸县人民医院血液净化治疗中心收治的患者80例为研究对象,随机分为对照组和研究组,各40例。对照组采用常规临时静脉穿刺,研究组采用深静脉穿刺。比较两组穿刺成功率、视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分、并发症发生率、穿刺满意度。结果:研究组穿刺成功率高于对照组,VAS评分、并发症发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组穿刺满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.002)。结论:深静脉穿刺在血液净化治疗患者中的应用效果优于常规临时静脉穿刺,穿刺成功率高于常规临时静脉穿刺,疼痛程度和并发症发生率低于常规临时静脉穿刺。Objective:To analyze the clinical effects of routine temporary venipunction and deep venipunction in patients undergo-ing blood purification.Methods:A total of eighty patients admitted to the Blood Purification Treatment Center of Luodian County People's Hospital from May 2020 to May 2022 were selected as the study objects,and randomly divided into control group and study group,with forty patients in each group.The control group underwent routine temporary venipuncture,and the study group underwent deep venipuncture.The puncture success rate,Visual Analogue Scale(VAS)score,complication rate and puncture sat-isfaction were compared between the two groups.Results:The puncture success rate of the study group was higher than that of the control group,and the VAS score and complication rate were lower than that of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);the puncture satisfaction of the study group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.002).Conclusion:The application effect of deep venipuncture in blood purification treatment is better than that of routine temporary venipuncture,the success rate of puncture is higher than that of routine temporary venipuncture,and the pain degree and complication rate are lower than that of routine temporary venipuncture.
