摘　　要：为了进一步对非处方药物管理及医院药学作用进行分析,该文梳理了我国药品分类管理的阶段性进展与当前非处方药物管理的意义,结合实际工作经验,发现非处方药物应用管理中存在的问题。针对公众自我医疗水平不足、对非处方药物不良反应认识不足、多种药物重复使用等问题,提出了优化与改善的相关策略。In order to further analyze the management of over-the-counter medicines and the role of hospital pharmacy,the arti-cle firstly goes through the stage-by-stage progress of China's drug classification and management and the significance of the cur-rent management of over-the-counter medicines.Combined with practical work experience,the problems existing in the applica-tion management of non-prescription drugs were found,in view of the public's insufficient level of self-medical care,lack of awareness of adverse reactions of over-the-counter drugs,and repeated use of multiple drugs,relevant strategies for optimization and improvement were proposed.
