摘　　要：腐败顽疾屡治不止,激发了人们对腐败现象何以发生的多维探讨。其中,“腐败文化”所扮演的重要角色引起了人们的高度关注与深思。作为一种亚文化,“腐败文化”通过歪曲传统文化价值观念、与主文化进行对抗、侵占主文化的思想阵地以及加速腐败思想在腐败群体内部的“传染”等方式,影响腐败行为的生成。进一步来讲,“腐败文化”是传统文化“价值异变”的产物,借助腐败话语等信息符号加速腐败思想在腐败群体以及不同社会群体之间的传播扩散,以达到不断蚕食和破坏廉洁主文化的目的,最终引发人们对腐败的态度发生变化,促成腐败动机的生成,并催生腐败行为的实现。基于此,“腐败文化”的治理成为一项系统性工程,需要从腐败观念、腐败话语与腐败行为等多维度来优化“腐败文化”的防治路径,通过清除“贪”“奢”“惰”等腐败观念,整肃腐败“显话语”与“隐话语”,以及从严整治潜规则等措施,将清廉价值观念的形塑与反腐制度机制相结合,从而实现对“腐败文化”的有效治理。The persistent problem of corruption has been repeatedly addressed,sparking a multidimensional exploration of why corruption occurs.Among them,the important role played by"corrupt culture"has aroused people’s high attention and deep contemplation.As a subculture,“corrupt culture”influences the generation of corrupt behavior by distorting traditional cultural values,creating confrontation with the main culture,occupying the ideological battlefield of the main culture,and fostering the"contagion"of corrupt ideas within the corrupt groups.Furthermore,“corrupt culture”is a product of the“value variation”of traditional culture,which aims to continuously erode and destroy the culture of integrity,ultimately triggering changes in people's attitudes towards corruption,fueling the generation of corrupt motives,and promoting the realization of corrupt behavior through information symbols of corrupt discourse to accelerate the spread of corrupt ideas among corrupt groups and different social groups.Governance of"corrupt culture"has become a systematic project and it is necessary to optimize the prevention and control path of“corrupt culture”from multiple dimensions such as corrupt concepts,corrupt discourse,and corrupt behavior.Effective governance of"corrupt culture"can be achieved by eliminating corrupt concepts such as"greed","extravagance",and"laziness",rectifying"explicit"and"implicit"corrupt discourse,taking specific measures such as strict investigation and rectification of hidden rules,as well as combining the shaping of clean values with anti-corruption institutional mechanisms.
