摘　　要：当前,知识产权已成为全球创新竞争的战略制高点。基于此,立足我国医疗器械行业发展特点,分析我国医疗器械行业知识产权保护存在的主要问题,探析强化我国医疗器械行业知识产权保护对策,为知识产权强国建设助力。Currently,intellectual property has become a strategic high ground for global innovation competition.This article is based on the development characteristics of medical device industry in China,analyzes the main problems in intellectual property protection in the medical device industry,and explores countermeasures to strengthen intellectual property protection in the medical device industry,it is expected to provide assistance for the construction of a strong intellectual property country.
