摘 要:标准样板作为粗糙度测量仪器的计量标准器,其质量对粗糙度计量领域具有重要影响。随着市场上粗糙度测量仪器类型、种类及规格的不断增多,对标准样板的规格及精度需求也更加多样,同时也对其生产质量提出了更高的要求。基于此,对影响标准样板质量的工艺原因进行分析,通过分析标准样板工艺过程中各工序对质量的影响,找出主要影响因素,并针对主要因素提出改进设备特性、提升复制准备阶段控制和优化后烘工艺过程等解决措施,达到提高标准样板质量的目的。As a measuring standard of roughness measuring instrument,the quality of standard template has an important impact on the field of roughness measurement.With the increasing of the types,types and specifications of the roughness measuring instruments on the market,the requirements for the specifications and accuracy of the standard template are more diverse,and higher requirements are also put forward for its production quality.This paper analyzes the process reasons affecting the quality of the standard template,finds out the main influencing factors by analyzing the impact of each process on the quality of the standard template,and puts forward the solution measures to improve the equipment characteristics,improve the control of the copy preparation stage and optimize the post-drying process according to the main reasons,to achieve the purpose of improving the quality of the standard template.
