摘  要:富氢水(Hydrogen-Rich Water, HRW)具有强还原性,现已被大量研究证实其在生物医药和植物领域研究中具有抗凋亡、抗氧化、缓解非生物胁迫等作用.本研究使用水素球、氢棒和电解式富氢水壶制备HRW,并对每种方法的最佳制备条件和HRW保存方法进行探究,通过测定制得的HRW中氢气(Hydrogen, H_(2))浓度及氧化还原电位(Oxidation-Reduction Potential, ORP)来判断HRW浓度及质量,为HRW相关研究提供参考.试验结果表明HRW中H_(2)浓度随水素球粒数、氢棒根数和富氢水壶制氢次数的增多而增加,富氢水壶制备HRW溶液体积增加与H_(2)含量不成正比,且温度不影响H_(2)含量.水素球和氢棒制备HRW所需时间较长,500粒水素球12 h和3根氢棒48 h可制得饱和HRW(H_(2)含量超过1.0 mg/L);电解式富氢水壶可以6 min制得H_(2)含量约为0.6 mg/L的HRW,使用方便快捷.密闭容器中H_(2)浓度下降较慢,更有利于HRW的保存,但保存时间不要超过48 h,建议现用现制备.Hydrogen rich water(HRW)has strong reducibility and has been confirmed by a large number of studies that it has anti-apoptosis,anti-oxidation,alleviating abiotic stress and other effects in the field of biomedicine and plant research.In this study,HRW was prepared using magnesium based hydrogen storage alloy ball,hydrogenrich stick and electrolytic hydrogen production kettle.The best preparation conditions and reservation approach of HRW for each method were explored.The concentration and quality of HRW can be judged by comparing the hydrogen(H_(2))concentration and oxidation reduction potential(ORP).The present study provides a reference for the relevant research of HRW.The research results indicate that the concentration of H_(2) in HRW rose with the increase of the number of magnesium based hydrogen storage alloy balls,the number of hydrogenrich sticks and the number of hydrogen production times in the electrolytic hydrogen production kettle.The increase of the volume of HRW solution prepared by the electrolytic hydrogen production kettle was not proportional to the concentration of H_(2),and the temperature did not affect the H_(2) content.The preparation of HRW using magnesium based hydrogen storage alloy ball and hydrogenrich stick took a longer time.It was found that saturated HRW(with an H_(2) content exceeding 1.0 mg/L)cound be produced when using 500 magnesium based hydrogen storage alloy ball for 12 h or 3 hydrogenrich sticks for 48 h.The electrolytic hydrogen production kettle could produce HRW with an H_(2) content of about 0.6 mg/L in 6 min,which is convenient,accurate and practical.The H_(2) concentration in a closed container decreases slowly,which is more conducive to the preservation of HRW,but the storage time should not exceed 48 h,and it is recommended to prepare it as needed.
