摘　　要：为了探讨两种不同中草药组合对蓝霜狐仔狐生长性能及腹泻的影响,试验选取50日龄体重相近(1.80±0.10)kg,健康、精神状态良好的蓝霜狐仔狐45只,随机分成3组,每组设5个重复,每个重复3只,公母比例2:1,试验期30 d。2个试验组及1个对照组饲喂基础日粮相同,试验Ⅰ组添加中草药组合A(山楂、黄芪、麦芽、神曲、党参和当归),试验组Ⅱ组添加中草药组合B(黄芪、马齿苋、车前草、蒲公英、白头翁、甘草和五味子)。结果表明:末体重试验Ⅰ组比对照组高7.57%(P<0.05);平均日增重试验Ⅰ组比对照组高17.84%(P<0.01),试验Ⅱ组比对照组高7.93%(P<0.05);料重比试验Ⅰ组比对照组低14.86%(P<0.01),试验Ⅱ组比对照组低4.22%(P<0.05);腹泻率和腹泻指数试验Ⅰ组和试验Ⅱ组与对照组比差异显著,腹泻率分别比对照组低18.71%和22.56%,腹泻指数分别比对照组低18.84%、21.59%。由此可见,在蓝霜狐仔狐日粮中添加两种不同的中草药组合,都不同程度提高了蓝霜狐仔狐的末体重和平均日增重,降低了料重比和腹泻率,改善了生长性能。在本试验条件下,两种不同中草药组合A和B的效果均优于对照组,并且中草药组合A的效果优于中草药组合B。To explore effects of two different combinations of Chinese herbal medicine on growth performance and diarrhea of blue frost fox pups.In the experiment,a total of 4550-day-old healthy blue frost fox pups which were similar weight were randomly divided into three groups.Five replicates with three pups were set for each group.The ratio of male and female was 2:1.The experimental period was 30 days.Blue rost fox pups was fed on thebasal diet.Test group I was fed on the basal diet with Chinese herbal medicine combination A(hawthorn,astragalus,malt,divine comedy,dangshen and angelica).Test groupⅡwas fed on the basal diet added combination B of Chinese herbal medicine(astragalus,purslane,plantain,dandelion,windflower,licorice and Schisandra chinensis).The results showed that the final weight of test groupⅠwas 7.57%higher than that of the control group(P<0.05);the average daily weight gain of test groupⅠwas 17.84%higher than that of the control group(P<0.01),the average daily weight gain of test groupⅡwas 7.93%higher than that of the control group(P<0.05);the feed to gain ratio of test groupⅠwas 14.86%lower than that of the control group(P<0.01),the feed to gain ratio of test groupⅡwas 4.22%lower than that of the control group(P<0.05);both the rates of diarrhea and the diarrhea index were significantly different between test groupⅠor test groupⅡand the control group,the rates of diarrhea were 18.71%and 22.56%lower than the control group,respectively,the diarrhea index were 18.84%and 21.59%lower than the control group respectively.The experiment indicated that the diet of the blue frost fox pups added two different Chinese herbal medicine combinations respectively could improve both the final weight and average daily weight gain,reduced both the feed to gain ratio and the diarrhea rate,and improved the growth performance.In the experiment,the two herbal medicine combinations A and B were better than that of the control group,and the herbal medicine combination A was better than the herbal medicine combina
