摘 要:本试验旨在探讨新型复合抗氧化剂在陈化粮中添加对育肥猪生长性能和抗氧化性能的影响。选取36头体重相近(60 kg左右)、身体健康的三元公猪(杜洛克×长白猪×大白猪),随机分成2组,分别为对照组和试验组,每组3个重复,每个重复6头猪。对照组饲喂由陈化粮组成的基础日粮,试验组饲喂基础日粮+500 mg·kg^(-1)的新型复合抗氧化剂,试验期66 d。结果表明:在基础日粮中添加新型复合抗氧化剂可以提高试验猪只的终末体重,但差异不显著(P>0.05),与对照组相比,试验组平均日增重提高了9%左右,同时,可以显著降低试验猪只的料肉比(P<0.05);与对照组相比,试验组可显著提高血清、心脏中超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)和谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)活性(P<0.05),显著提高肝脏和肌肉过氧化氢酶(CAT)和GSH-Px活性及肾脏GSH-Px活性(P<0.05),同时显著降低育肥猪肝脏和肾脏丙二醛(MDA)含量(P<0.05)。由此可见,在陈化粮组成的基础日粮中添加500 mg·kg^(-1)新型复合抗氧化剂,可以改善育肥猪生长性能并提高其抗氧化性能。The purpose of this research was to investigate the effects of aged diet supplemented with the new compound antioxidants on growth performance and antioxidant capacity of finishing pigs.Thirty-six healthy with similar body weight(about 60 kg)finishing pigs(Duroc×Yorkshire×Landrace)were randomly divided into two groups:the control group and the test group.Every group with three replicates per group and six pigs per replicate.The control group was fed the basal diet composed with aged diet,and the test group was fed the basal diet composed with aged diet supplemented with 500 mg·kg^(-1) the new compound antioxidants.This experiment lasted for66 days.The results showed that the test group could improve the final body weight,however,the difference was not significant(P>0.05),the test group could improve the average daily gain(ADG)by about 9%,and significantly decreased the F/G compared with the control group(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the serum and the heart SOD activity and GSH-Px activity of the test group were significantly increased(P<0.05);the liver and the muscle CAT activity,the GSH-Px activity,and the kidney GSH-Px activity were significantly increased(P<0.05);however,the MDA contents of the liver and the kidney were significantly decreased(P<0.05).In conclusion,aged diet supplemented with 500 mg·kg^(-1) new compound antioxidants could improve the growth performance and the antioxidant capacity of the finishing pigs.
