摘  要:铅(Pb)是常见的重金属元素,为动植物和人类的非必需元素。铅通过农作物富集,经食物链进入人体,给人类健康带来危害。只有掌握饲料铅的检测技术,才能准确了解铅在饲料及畜产品中的污染状况。国家强制标准中对铅的限量有明确的要求,因此需要准确地检测饲料及畜产品中铅的含量。文章对原子吸收光谱法测定铅含量的检测技术进行归纳总结,着重探讨该方法检测过程和质量控制过程的关键控制要素,对准确测定饲料中铅的含量具有重要参考意义。Lead(Pb),as one of the common heavy metal elements,is a non-essential element for humans,animals and plants,which can be enriched by crops and enter the human body through the food chain,thereby bringing harm to human health.Only by mastering the detection technology of lead in feed can we accurately understand the pollution status of lead.There are clear requirements for the limit of lead in the national mandatory standards,so it is necessary to accurately detect the content of lead in feed and livestock products.In this paper,the detection technology for the determination of lead content by atomic absorption spectrometry was summarized,and the key control elements of the detection process and quality control process of this method were discussed,which had guiding significance for the accurate determination of lead content in feed.
