装配式公共建筑系统集成方案选型研究

摘　　要：近年来,公共建筑功能日趋多元化,为推进装配式公共建筑的发展,需针对不同功能的装配式公共建筑提出相应的系统集成选型方案。本文明确了装配式公共建筑的系统集成策略,从主体结构系统、外围护系统、内装系统及设备与管线系统四个方面梳理分析了装配式公共建筑适宜的技术方案及特点。在此基础上,针对办公类建筑、类居住建筑、综合类建筑,提出了不同装配式评价等级的系统集成方案,为装配式公共建筑实施提供参考。In recent years,the functions of public buildings are becoming increasingly diversified.In order to promote the development of prefabricated public buildings,corresponding system integration selection schemes need to be proposed for prefabricated public buildings with different functions.This article defines the system integration strategy for prefabricated public buildings,and analyzes the suitable technical solutions and characteristics of prefabricated public buildings from four aspects:main structural system,envelop system,interior decoration system,as well as equipment and pipeline system.On this basis,system integration schemes with different prefabricated evaluation levels are proposed for office buildings,residential buildings,and comprehensive buildings,providing reference for the implementation of prefabricated public buildings.
