摘　　要：装配式工业建筑应用日益广泛。本文在对14个北京市装配式工业建筑调研的基础上,归纳总结了装配式工业建筑的发展现状。结合装配式工业建筑的特点,明确装配式工业建筑的系统集成原则,汇总常见的适宜技术。在此基础上,针对北京市《装配式建筑评价标准》规定的基础级、A(BJ)级和AA(BJ)级装配式建筑,分别提出相应的系统集成方案,并给出适宜技术参考,为该类装配式建筑的工程实践提供可靠指导。The application of prefabricated industrial buildings is becoming increasingly widespread.Based on a survey of 14 prefabricated industrial buildings in Beijing,this article summarizes the current development status of prefabricated industrial buildings.In combination with the characteristics of prefabricated industrial buildings,this article clarifies the system integration principles of prefabricated industrial buildings,and summarizes common appropriate technologies.On this basis,it also proposes corresponding system integration solutions for the basic level,A(BJ)level,and AA(BJ)level prefabricated buildings specified in the Beijing Prefabricated Building Evaluation Standards,and puts forward appropriate technical suggestions,providing reliable guidance for the engineering practice of such prefabricated buildings.
