摘 要:我国幅员辽阔,气候条件也各不相同。根据《民用建筑设计统一标准》(GB50352-2019)中的建筑气候区划标准,我国划分成七大建筑气候分区。本文聚焦气候分区中的寒冷地区,结合产业园设计实践案例,对方案涉及到的总体规划、建筑布局、功能组织、形体生成几个维度提出高空间密度、多维复合绿地、外表接触系数、采光与迎风最佳朝向四个设计核心点,结合实际项目探讨气候适应性产业园区的设计新思路。China enjoys vast territory and diverse climate conditions.According to the building climatic zone classification standards in the“Unified Standard for the Design of Civil Buildings”(GB50352-2019),China is divided into seven major building climatic zones.This study focuses on the cold regions within these climatic zones,combining practical case studies of industrial park design.From the dimensions of overall planning,architectural layout,functional organization,and form generation,four design core points are proposed,including high spatial density,multi-dimensional composite green spaces,external contact coefficient,and optimal orientation for natural light&wind direction.These are discussed in relation to overall planning,architectural layout,functional organization,and form generation.The study explores new design ideas for climatically adaptive industrial parks through actual projects.
