摘 要:注浆加固是保障煤层带压安全开采、预防深部煤炭开采底板突水的主要技术手段。针对注浆效果检测缺乏高效评价方法的问题,基于钻孔瞬变电磁法基本原理与方法,设计了一套高抗压的孔中瞬变电磁探测试验装置。通过对比注浆前后钻孔瞬变电磁探测数据,获取地层视电阻率差异特征进而分析浆液扩散情况,达到注浆效果检测评价的目的。现场试验数据处理结果表明,钻孔瞬变电磁探测技术作为一种新的可靠的技术手段用于注浆效果检测是可行的。Grouting reinforcement is the main technical means to ensure the safe mining of coal seam under pressure and prevent water inrush from deep coal mining floor.Aiming at the problem of lack of efficient evaluation method for grouting effect detection,based on the basic principle and method of borehole transient electromagnetic method,a set of transient electromagnetic detection test device with high compressive pressure was designed.By comparing the transient electromagnetic detection data of the borehole before and after grouting,the characteristics of the difference in the apparent resistivity of the formation were obtained,and then the diffusion of the slurry was analyzed,so as to achieve the purpose of detection and evaluation of the grouting effect.The field test data processing results show that the borehole transient electromagnetic detection technology is feasible as a new and reliable technical means for the detection of grouting effect.
