摘　　要：针对煤矿井下采煤工作面刮板输送机配套的行星齿轮减速器整体式箱体结构,研究其输入轴和第二轴的结构和定位方式等,实现其在箱体内的整体组装和圆锥齿轮副接触区的调整,满足设计和使用要求。新的结构和技术为整体式结构矿用行星齿轮减速器圆锥齿轮副接触区调整提供了一种新的解决方案。Aiming at the integrated box structure of planetary gear reducer for supporting scraper conveyor in underground coal mining face of coal mine,studied the structure and positioning method of its input and second axes,which realizes the overall assembly inside the box and adjusting the contact area of the bevel gear pair,and meets the design and use requirements.The new structure and technology provide a new solution for the adjustment of the contact area of the bevel gear pair of the integrated mining planetary gear reducer.
