摘 要:针对快速掘进系统存在的关键零部件可靠性不足问题,介绍了自移动力站的应用场景,对其链轮进行了受力分析。建立了包含自移动力站、销排、带式输送机架的链轮动力学分析模型。设置链轮转速15°/s,进行了链轮啮合动力学仿真,分析了链轮轮齿受到的动态啮合力。选取6个关键点,应用一次线性插值法,拟合处理动态啮合力。建立了链轮瞬态动力学分析模型,对链轮齿面施加动态啮合力,获得了链轮动态变形时程曲线,分析了链轮变形应力特性。提出了链轮可靠性提升建议,为快掘系统关键零部件可靠性提升提供了技术参考。In response to the issue of insufficient reliability of key components in the rapid excavation system,introduced the application scenarios of self-moving power station and conducted force analysis on sprocket.The sprocket dynamics analysis model including self-moving power station,pin row and belt conveyor frame was established.The sprocket speed was set to 15°/s,and the meshing dynamics simulation of the sprocket was conducted.The dynamic meshing force on the sprocket teeth was analyzed.Select 6 key points,apply the linear interpolation method to fit and process the dynamic meshing force.The transient dynamic analysis model for sprocket was established.Applying dynamic meshing force to the sprocket tooth surface,the dynamic deformation time history curve of the sprocket was obtained.The deformation and the stress characteristics of the sprocket were analyzed.Suggestions for improving the reliability of sprocket had been proposed,which provides technical reference for improving the reliability of key components in the fast excavation system.
