摘 要:综采工作面作为煤矿井下污染最为严重的场所,一直以来都是粉尘防治的重点研究对象。为了解决综采工作面采煤机滚筒截煤造成的粉尘污染问题,以青龙寺煤矿5-20109综采工作面为背景,通过井下实测掌握了综采工作面粉尘运移分布规律,以此为依据提出了采煤机跟踪喷雾隔离控降尘技术,并研发了喷雾装置及无线智能控制系统。现场应用表明,该技术对采煤机滚筒尘源有较好的沉降效果,并且能够阻挡采煤机截煤产尘向人行侧扩散,极大地改善了综采工作面粉尘污染现状,为综采工作面粉尘防治提供了参考依据。Fully mechanized mining face,as the most polluted place in coal mine,has always been the key research object of dust prevention and control.In order to solve the problem of dust pollution caused by coal cutting of shearer drum in fully mechanized mining face,took 5-20109 fully mechanized mining face in Qinglongsi coal mine as the background,grasped the dust migration and distribution law of fully mechanized mining face through underground measurement,based on this,put forward the dust control technology of shearer tracking and spraying isolation,and developed a spraying device and a wireless intelligent control system.The field application shows that this technology has a good settling effect on the dust source of shearer drum,and can prevent the coal cutting dust of shearer from spreading to the pedestrian side,which greatly improves the dust pollution status of fully mechanized mining face and provides reference basis for dust prevention and control of fully mechanized mining face.
