摘 要:针对目前带式输送机中输送带跑偏问题,对传统回转式调心托辊的自动纠偏原理、纠偏效果、结构特点等方面进行分析,找出其纠偏效果不理想问题的根源,确定了一种平衡回转中心两侧受力点的设计思路,设计了一种带式输送机同步支撑滚轮调心托辊。现场应用表明,该技术为输送带提供了更快速、灵敏的自动纠偏能力,甚至强制纠偏能力,纠偏效果明显,具有较高的推广价值。In view of the current conveyor belt deviation problem in the belt conveyor,analyzed the automatic deviation correction principle,deviation correction effect and structural characteristics of the traditional rotary aligning idler,found out the root cause of the problem of its unsatisfactory deviation correction effect,and determined a design idea of balancing the force points on both sides of the rotating center.A kind of synchronous supporting roller aligning idler for belt conveyor was designed.Field application shows that the technology provides a faster and more sensitive automatic correction ability for conveyor belt,even forced correction ability,and correction effect is obvious,which has a high promotion value.
